Your puppy is also guaranteed against life threatening congenital
                       defects (example: heart, liver, kidney) until one year of age.  If
                       within this period, your puppy is found to have such a congenital 
                       defect, puppy may be returned along with a report from their
                       veterinarian, to breeder for replacement with next available puppy
                       of same value.  Should a death occur within this period,  a
                       necropsy must be performed to determine cause of death.
                       If death was caused by a congenital defect, the necropsy
                       report would need to be provided to breeder for replacement
                       of puppy with next available puppy of same value.  Breeder is not
                       responsible for any veterinarian or shipping expenses.

                       Your  puppy can be stressed by shipping, adjusting to new home,
                       changing diets etc and this can bring on problems including
                       hypoglycemia, worms, coccidiosis etc.  Breeder has no control over
                       puppy's environment at this time and these things are the buyers
                       responsibility.

                       Your puppy has been raised on Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance
                       Food.  Breeder does not recommend changing the diet of your puppy. 
                       Your puppy will come with a health record showing dates of worming
                       and shots.

                       A non refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve a puppy. 

                       Breeder will estimate size/personality/color etc as accurately as possible
                       but these things are not guaranteed.  Too many factors are involved
                       that breeder has no control over such as diet and environment.

                       This guarantee is for purchaser only.  If puppy ownership is transferred
                       this guarantee is void.

                        "Notwithstanding any other agreements, oral or written, Mississippi
                        law shall govern the terms and conditions of any transaction with
                        Poodles By McLeod and the venue of any legal proceeding of any
                        type or kind, be it mediation, arbitration, or trial, shall be venued
                        in Tippah County, Mississippi"

                       If you purchase a toy poodle, tiny toy poodle or teacup poodle puppy
                       from Poodles By McLeod, you are agreeing to this guarantee.
